Housing Repairs Tenants and Leaseholders Survey

Closes 16 Feb 2020

Opened 20 Dec 2019

Overview

The Housing Scrutiny Commission wants to collect views and experiences from Southwark tenants and leasholders with regards to the council’s in-house housing repairs service.

This survey will provide evidence for a Scrutiny Commission Report which will go to Southwark’s Cabinet.  It is a different survey to the standard surveying carried out by the housing repairs call centre.  The information provided may challenge some of the assumptions Southwark has with regard to service performance.

Why We Are Consulting

We are consulting because we want to get feedback from residents and leaseholders who have used the repairs service since it has been bought inhouse in October 2018, on the performance of the new housing repairs service (see above).
