Overview

We are working to tackle digital exclusion in the borough. This means identifying, reaching out to and working with residents that are most likely to never have used the internet and those not likely to have basic online skills.

We have been piloting Digital Hubs in the borough since 2013 to increase the basic digital skills of residents and would like to hear from Users of the Hubs about their experiences.

 

Why We Are Consulting

Digital Hubs began as a pilot project and we would like to hear from Hub Users so that we can shape future delivery and make improvements to the User experience.

What Happens Next

We will use the information provided by Hub Users to develop a longer term plan around digital exclusion and improve the basic skills of people.
