Streets for People - What else is going on?

Overview

As well as the surveys and other engagement activities you can find on this site, there are lots of other Streets for People activities going on throughout the year. You can see all the latest news on the Southwark Council website Streets for People page.

Some of these activities are permanent infrastructure schemes which you can read about on the Street Improvements page.

But we also have a range of other activities and offers to help people make the shift to Streets for People. For example see this list of free cycle training opportunities in the borough - perfect if you've ever thought you'd like to try cycling but weren't sure where to start.

We have also partnered with BetterPoints to offer rewards and incentives for every mile you switch from car to walking, cycling or public transport.
