Southwark Maternity Commission-workforce survey

Closes 31 Jul 2024

Opened 5 Feb 2024

Overview

Share your experience of delivering services to women and people who give birth and their families in Southwark

We know that not everyone has a good experience of care during pregnancy and the first few months after birth. We have set up a commission to investigate maternity care in Southwark and make recommendations about how services can better meet our resident’s needs.

Who we want to hear from

We want to hear from those delivering services to women and people who’ve given birth and their families. We want to hear about your experiences delivering this care, both positive and negative, so we can understand how to improve services.

Some of these questions may be less relevant to you if you do not work in maternity and/or perinatal services. Please free to respond N/A to these questions

Please note, your answers are completely confidential. Even if you choose to share your contact details with us to follow up with you about the Commission, your responses to this survey will be kept confidential, and will not be used to identify you.
