Walworth Library and Southwark Heritage Centre - Your Bright Ideas

Closes 10 Jun 2019

Opened 15 Apr 2019

Southwark Council is going to open a new library and heritage centre on the Walworth Road. Bringing these two services together creates some great opportunities for new ways of using the facility and sharing knowledge. We want to encourage lots of new people to this unique place and inspire everyone with fascinating stories about Southwark and objects from our collections. We need to hear your bright ideas for what could be done and how you would like to use the space.  Of course if you are happy with a space to read a book you can tell us about how to make that better too.

This is the first phase in developing this new facility. If you want to stay involved and be informed as the project develops, make sure you give us your contact details.
