New Spa School Camberwell consultation
Overview
We are going to provide a much needed new special school for up to 120 pupils with Autism. The new Spa School Camberwell is proposed at 11 Southampton Way, SE5 7EW. This will provide the same high quality education as its partner school Spa School Bermondsey, which was awarded “Outstanding in all areas” by Ofsted in 2015/16. We would like to hear your views and how you feel about our proposals.

The new school in Camberwell will be situated at what was the LESOCO (Lewisham Southwark College) campus, which is currently temporarily occupied by The Charter School East Dulwich whilst their bespoke building is under construction.
Why your views matter
To ensure our proposals meet the needs of the area, we are seeking your views regarding the proposal and what you think of our designs so far.
We will hold an open drop in session in the main hall at The Charter School East Dulwich, 11 Southampton Way, SE5 7EW on 18th January 2018 from 5pm to 8.00pm. We invite you to come and speak with the Architect, School and Council to let us know how you feel about the proposed scheme.
A second public consultation event will held in spring 2018. The Spa School will also be engaging with the community on educational matters.
