Notification on Stables Article 4 Direction

Overview

We are now out for consultation on the introduction of an Article 4 Direction  on the Old Southern Railways and the Forge. Consultation will close 19 July 2018.  

The council has introduced an Article 4 Direction to withdraw the permitted development rights relating to development consisting of the demolition the Old Southern Railways and the Forge. Planning permission is now required to carry out development of the description set out above within the red line boundary below and at the bottom of this page.
