Overview

Help us shape a brighter future for Kingswood House

We are keen to see Kingswood House become a vibrant centre of activity for people who live, work or visit the area. 

We want to collect your views, ideas and aspirations on how we can make best use of this historic building.  We also want to you to let us know how the library service and youth provision could be improved.

We think the building has the potential to host a broader mix of uses including workspaces and other activities, including business spaces to generate income to help support the running costs of the House.

This survey is being carried out by the regeneration south team at Southwark Council.  We look forward to hearing from you by the closing date of  28 February 2021.

Southwark Council uses your personal data to record your response to the consultation. Section 1 of the Localism Act 2011 requires us to do this. The council does not require your permission to process your data and failure to tell us your information may mean that we are unable to process your response. Your personal information will only be used by our regeneration team, and will be destroyed after four years.

What happens next

We will gather and analyse what you have told us between January and February 2020. 

We will then use what you have told us shape proposals, to improve services for people at Kingswood House.  The proposals will include our preferred commercial who will run Kingswood House.  We will give you feedback in June 2020 through email, our council website, TRA newsletter, Paxton Green Time Bank and leaflet drop to all households on the Kingswood estate.
