Housing Revenue Account Rent Setting and Charges 2020/21 Consultation

Overview

The council wants to hear your views on the proposals for landlord-related charges for the forthcoming financial year commencing April 2021, covering rents and service charges, sheltered housing, garages and district heating charges.

As part of the council’s commitment to engage with residents, we hosted a webinar on the 15 December to discuss the proposals, answers questions and gather residents’ feedback. If you were not able to attend the webinar, we recommend you complete at least one of the suggestions below before you complete this survey:
