Newington Ward Empowering Communities Survey

Overview

Southwark Council recently adopted a new approach to community engagement, replacing Community Councils.  Under the new Empowering Communities  Programme, local ward councillors are responsible for organising ward forums to discuss issues of local importance in consultation with residents.  These can be held with other wards or just for Newington residents.

We want to hear from you what you would like to see discussed at these meetings and how we can make them as effective as possible.  We would appreciate it if you could take 5 minutes to fill in this survey.

What happens next

The outcomes of this survey will be discussed at a future Empowering Communities Newington Ward Meeting and will go on to influence future agendas.
