Overview
Southwark council has made a historic commitment to deliver 11,000 new homes in Southwark by 2043 with the first 2,500 to be delivered by the end of 2022. To make this a success we need to know what residents think and make sure residents shape our proposals. This is the key to the delivery of quality housing that improves the local area and the lives of Southwark residents.
As part of our commitment, we are considering the development of 8 new homes on the site of the car park by Heaton House, on the corner of Heaton Road and Claude Road.
The scheme will be of mixed sized properties, related to the needs of the area and based on providing 100% social rented housing.
