Asset Management Consultation

Overview

On the 20^th October 2015 Southwark Council approved a consultation on a draft asset management strategy to be carried out with resident groups prior to going back to cabinet in March for approval.

The council will be moving to this cyclical programme initially over eight to ten years, eventually moving to a seven year cycle. This means that every property will be brought up to standard within that cycle.

The Council is seeking resident feedback on the strategy by asking five key questions about the proposed standard, duration and priorities, as well as for your strategic and local comments.

What happens next

Unfortunately, the consultation has now closed. We're currently reading the responses and will publish the findings and our next steps by the end of February.
