Overview

In October 2021, we implemented traffic changes to the area around Valentine Place, Webber Street and Baron’s Place to reduce the amount of through traffic in the area. As these changes were implemented under an experimental traffic management order, we must monitor and consult on whether these changes have been effective. We must then either make the changes permanent, amend them or remove them by May 2023.

What happens next

At the end of the consultation period, a report will be presented to the Cabinet Member for a decision for how to proceed.
