Overview

This is a questionnaire to look at the effects of the covid-19 pandemic on the delivery of some Community Safety and Partnerships services in Southwark.

By filling out this questionnaire, you are helping the council, and organisations we work with, to learn how to better support you and those that access the services and support.


In addition to this information we will collect some personal information about you, such as your name and email address to contact you if follow up is needed.

 

We will securely store this data for two years when we hope that the response to the covid 19 virus is more fully developed.
We respect your trust and privacy, and therefore will not share or sell this data with third parties.
If you choose to respond you will be giving us permission to process your personal data and you can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing the consultation contact address. Your personal information will only be used by the council's Community Safety and Partnerships Service to process your responses to this survey, and will be securely destroyed after 2 years, however we may keep the anonymised responses to inform other work across the council and Joint Safeguarding Boards.
