Consultation for proposed double yellow lines - Kings Stairs Close

Overview

Following complaints of vehicles being prevented from accessing designated parking spaces to the side of 18-30 Elephant Lane, we are proposing to implement a section of double yellow lines opposite No.4 – No.5 King Stairs Close as shown in the below plan.

There are currently no restrictions on this part of King Stairs Close, allowing free parking for all. As a result of this, there have been vehicles who double park and make it impossible for the other vehicles to access and leave safely.
