Nursing Care Charter - management

Closed 31 Dec 2020

Opened 14 Sep 2020

Overview

We’re committed to improving the quality of care for residents and families living in residential and nursing care homes in Southwark.  In order to do this we would like to better understand the views and experiences of:

  • residents and families, using nursing or residential care homes
  • staff employed in local care homes; and
  • Managers who run care homes

We will use what you tell us, to develop a set of commitments, to improve the quality of care and support that residents and families will have a right to expect from care home providers.

We are calling these set of commitments the Residential and Nursing Care Charter.  The charter will build on the Southwark Ethical Care Charter, used in home care

This survey is being carried out by our adult and social care team at Southwark Council.  We look forward to hearing from you by the closing date of 30 October 2020.
