Have your say - shape the plan for adult social care services

Adult social care services are going to write a service plan that sets out how we will help and support older people, people with a disability or a physical or mental illness.

To do this we would like to involve people in shaping this plan.  If you are, someone who receives help or support, an unpaid carer or someone who may require help or support, we would really like to hear from you.

After the closing date, all of your feedback and suggestions will be brought together anonymously and used to shape our future priorities. Our findings and updates will be shared on the Consultation Hub.
